Dropshipping:

We dont offer the shippment directly to your end customers.

Minimum order limit

Per order we have a minimum order limit of 0,- net value of goods. It is possible to mix several articles in one order to reach the minimum order limit.

Minimum order amount

Most articles have a minimum order amount of 1 piece, some smaller products have a minimum order amount of 5, 6, 10, 12 or 20 pieces. This is mentioned at the articles when you add these to the shopping cart.

Are the prices in net (without value added tax)?

Yes, all our prices are in net without german VAT (value added tax, 19%). You have not to pay the tax if your country is member of the EU and you have a valid VAT ID or if your country is outside of the EU.

What are the shipping times?

The shipping time within germany is usualy 1 working day. The shipping time within Europe is usualy 2-4 days except shipping per forwarding company (palette or a complete truck) which can last 1-3 days longer. We can give you detailed information if you order.

Which shipping companies we are using?

We usually send with UPS and DHL. Sometimes we use other companies like TNT if the place of delivery is far away. The criteria which way of delivery we use are the weight and the size of the delivered goods and the target country. Palettes we send with target company DHL.

Transport insurance

The delivery is insured with a standard insurance. We insure a delivery of high value with a separat delivery insurance. If you have an own insurance company you can tell us and we can avoid the separate insurance.

Guarantee

The guarantee depends on the product and is 6 month up to 2 years.

What is the meaning of Bulk/Retail?

We sell our memory media (memory cards, usb flash drives, RAM) either as retail (within blister package) or bulk (in a small plastic box).Some offers are whithout any package. Just ask us if you need further information concerning the packagig of a product. Blister package (retail) is suitable for selling in specialised shops and bulk is suitable for distance selling or whole sale.
